Newport Laundry LLC provides professional laundry and garment care services, including but not limited to:

• Pickup & Delivery
• Commercial Laundry Services

We reserve the right to refuse service, modify offerings, or discontinue any service at our discretion without prior notice.

3. Orders & Scheduling

All service requests are made via email at info@newportlaundry.site or through our website. By placing an order, you agree that:

• An order is confirmed only after we reply with acceptance.
• Pickup and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
• You must be reachable at the contact information you provided.

4. Pricing & Payment

Our pricing is transparent and communicated before service begins. You agree that:

• Laundry is weighed after cleaning, and billing reflects the final clean weight.
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Additional charges may apply for special requests or express services.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible service, you agree to:

• Remove all personal items from pockets (jewelry, cash, electronics, etc.).
• Inform us of any special care requirements, stains, or delicate items.
• Provide accurate weight, quantity, and item descriptions.
• Ensure safe and accessible pickup and delivery locations.

6. Damage & Liability

We take exceptional care with every garment. However, the following limitations apply:

• We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, weakened fabrics, or improper manufacturer care labels.
• Claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Our maximum liability for any single item is limited to 10 times the cleaning charge for that item.
• Items not claimed within 90 days may be disposed of without compensation.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand plans change. Our policy is:

• Cancellations must be made before pickup at no charge.
• Once cleaning has begun, cancellations may be subject to partial charges.
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for valid quality concerns.
• Any approved refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Newport Laundry LLC and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
